With compassion, I guide them through inner child work and emotional healing, especially from mother wounds, father abandonment, and breaking the cycles &  patterns they left behind.

I’ve walked the path of healing inner child wounds myself, so I understand how heavy it can feel to carry pain from the past into your present. That’s why I created this space, to help women like you feel supported and get back on your feet again as you begin your own healing journey.

  • It’s the process of gently going back to the version of you who didn’t get what she needed, whether that was love, safety, attention, or care. Instead of ignoring or judging her pain, we begin to understand it. We create space for her to feel heard, seen, and supported in ways she never was.

  • Reparenting is how you learn to give yourself what was missing growing up. That might look like setting boundaries without guilt, learning to trust your own voice, or simply being kinder to yourself. Over time, this becomes a new kind of relationship with yourself, honest, steady, and loving.

  • No, it’s not therapy. Coaching doesn’t diagnose or analyse. Instead, it offers emotional support, practical tools, and consistent guidance to help you move forward. It’s about healing at your pace, with someone who walks beside you, not in front of you.

  • You’re not too broken or too far gone. The patterns you struggle with now were learned for survival, and they can be unlearned. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. One step at a time, things can shift.
